Selenity announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire Libra, an NHS job evaluation system.
Developed by Container Labs in collaboration with job evaluation experts, Libra’s aim was to overcome challenges in the job evaluation process under the Agenda for Change, and designed to digitise and streamline the NHS Job Evaluation Scheme.
Selenity Sales & Marketing Director, Deborah Saunby commented “We are excited to welcome Libra to our portfolio. NHS job evaluation complements our existing solutions in HR and finance and brings an amazing new product to our existing NHS customer base.
Our current e-Forms solution GreenLight Workforce enables the NHS to get the right people into the right roles quicker. The addition of a job evaluation solution is the next step to providing an end-to-end process in NHS recruitment, by reducing administration burdens and recruitment challenges.”
Over 200 NHS organisations use Selenity’s suite of solutions, which includes expense management, HR case management, and workforce e-Forms; making Libra a perfect fit with the combined goal to drive NHS efficiency through digital solutions.
James Morris of Container Labs commented “I am delighted with Selenity’s acquisition of our job evaluation software. We’ve worked for years with NHS organisations to develop the easiest way to facilitate the NHS Job Evaluation Scheme. With Selenity’s market knowledge and cloud software expertise, this acquisition represents an amazing opportunity for growth and innovation.”
Selenity CEO Neil Everatt also commented. “Our paths crossed on social media and it soon became apparent that we had something in common; providing workforce efficiency and cost reduction to the NHS.”
